iTechArt (ITECH MEDIA SOLUTIONS S.R.L.) presents information on this site about its marketing and digital advertising services for presentation purposes. This site is not an online shop.
2. Intellectual property
The entire content of the site (including, but not limited to: logos, stylised representations, trade symbols, static and dynamic images, text and multimedia content) is the exclusive property of ITECH MEDIA SOLUTIONS S.R.L.
3. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties.
4. Governing law & disputes
Disputes will be resolved under Romanian law, with jurisdiction at the courts of Bucharest.
Privacy policy (GDPR)
1. Data categories & collection
We collect data voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, phone), direct correspondence, and automatically (anonymised IP address, browser type, operating system).
2. Purpose & legal basis
We process data on the basis of: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest and legal obligation. Data is not sold and is not used for direct marketing without explicit consent.
3. Storage period
Contact form data is kept for 12 months from the last communication, unless a commercial contract results. Client fiscal data is kept per accounting law (10 years).
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
